The 1^st Cambodian Water Conference and Exhibition held in 2015 and there were more than 200 participants from local and international participants attended in the events, which included governmental officials, development partners, academy and researchers, water operators, suppliers, bank and MFIs, Asian country member (LAO PDR), IT companies, etc.

The 2015 Cambodian Water Conference and Exhibition was organized in closed cooperation with Ministry of Industry and Handicraft (MIH), Cambodia Water Supply Association (CWA), Water Sanitation Program (WSP), GRET and other development partners and the open remarks was honored given by Senior Minister and Minister of Ministry of Industry and Handicraft. The theme of the event was “Water and Sustainable Development” with some main programs are:

1. 1. Non-revenue water, pump selection, challenges and management of water operator in Lao-PDR, water facility financing, latest technology in drinking water market in Japan, access to finance for water operator, energy saving, LiDAR system, and technology for rural portable water supply.

Exhibition of products and services for water supply sector

1. 1.  Based on the fruitful results of 1^st Cambodia Water Conference and Exhibition 2015, Ministry of Industry and Handicraft, Cambodia Water Supply Association, and other development partners plan to organize the 2^nd Cambodia Water Conference and Exhibition for 2017 which focusing on “Increase Access to Water Supply Service, with Quality, Safety Sustainability and Affordable tariff”.

The summary information on this conference are descripted as below:

To bring all stakeholders working in water sector to discuss and find innovative way (better way) that enable them working together to increase access to water supply service.
