Lim Minh

Mr. Lim Minh,​​ Business Development Manager.

Mr. Minh joined Cambodian Water Association (C.W.A) in November 2017. He got a Master Degree of Rural Development and Project Management from Build Bright University, a Diploma on High School Teacher on Mathematic Subject from Faculty of Phnom Penh Pedagogy and a Bachelor Degree on Mathematic from Royal University of Phnom Penh.   He has more than seven teen years’ experience in the social development sector.  In the past, he worked for Aide et action (AEA), GIZ, Save the Children Australia, and World Vision Cambodia as Program Coordinator, Project Manager, Capacity Building Advisor, and Freelance Consultant.  The areas of his expertise are Capacity development for NGOs partners both local and international organization, government and private sectors, curriculum development, design and deliver training, coaching, facilitate workshop, conferences​ and community conversation by using participatory approach, develop manual for Fit for School WASH program,  management and leadership skills, community empowerment as well as community resource mobilization​ to be sustainable.  In addition, he has experiences in microfinance and business development while he worked for Cambodia Community Building as a Branch Manager.
